  • Charge your phone outside your bedroom — even the bathroom works

  • Silence notifications at night, except for emergency contacts (you can allow favorites to bypass Do Not Disturb)

  • Create a wind-down cue: a book, tea, or 5-minute meditation before bed

No one texts emergencies. If it’s urgent, they’ll call. And you’ll be rested enough to answer.


🌙 Mornings Begin the Night Before

A peaceful start is planted in how you end the day.

✔ A consistent sleep time
✔ Calming transitions after dinner
✔ Choosing a cut-off time for screens
✔ Prepping your space (clothes, journal, playlist)

Every one of these small rhythms is a vote for your future self.
